We are delighted to formally launch the Ghanaian OSPAs. Over 120 people attended the launch ceremony. We look forward to announcing judges and entry details next month and to celebrating the success of those Ghanaian Security people who excel at what they do.

Martin Gill, Director of the OSPAs

Friday 12th May saw the launch of the Outstanding Security Performance Awards in Ghana.  The event was held at the Ghana Armed Force Command and Staff College and was attended by more than 120 people.

Speeches were given from the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Rear Admiral Seth Amoama. Representatives spoke from the Minister of Interior, Police, and the National Security Co-ordinator to name a few.

The awards attracted a great deal of media attention; Martin Gill was interviewed by Joy News ahead of the event (interview) and further interviews were conducted with Alfred Kofi Asihene, CEO, A1 Multi Media and Professor Vladimir Antwi-Danso, Dean of Ghana Armed Force Command and Staff College.

The Ghana OSPAs will be presented in the first quarter of 2018 and we will be announcing the full details shortly.

We would like to thank everyone who attended and especially Alfred Kofi Asihene who hosted the launch event.
